Join RPC Fast as a Customer Support & Community Manager to provide technical support for Solana RPC & Data Streaming SaaS and engage with the Solana developer community. This role involves troubleshooting, pre-sales support, and building relationships within the Solana ecosystem.

Prior experience in community roles (1–2 years) is welcomed, but strong Solana ecosystem knowledge matters more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in community chats and helpdesk, troubleshooting RPC/gRPC/Solana-related issues and mediating with engineers
- Answer pre-sale questions to facilitate customer onboarding
- Work closely with the engineering team to escalate performance questions or technical issues
- Maintain SLA
- Engage actively with Solana-based traders and developers in communities to raise product awareness and attract SaaS leads
- Build relationships within the community
- Comment, quote, hold AMAs and discussions, run polls
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to publish 3+ posts per week about the product
- Follow trending topics, identify common pain points and ecosystem opportunities to refine product positioning
- Share ecosystem/user insights with the tech team and CPO to impact product development
Requirements
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and Solana architecture
- Familiarity with RPC nodes, RPC providers, gRPC, HFT, validator nodes, performance, latency, shreds streaming, SWQoS, real-time data consistency
- High-level understanding of HFT and real-time Solana trading requirements
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem (validators, explorers, tooling, major DeFi protocols and dApps, trends, general jargon)
- English C1+, excellent written communication
- Quick, proactive, and structured communicator
- Ability to adapt your tone to highly technical conversations
- Responsible and consistent
- Friendly but professional presence in community channels
