Responsibilities

• Rebuilding and self-hosting the company website
• Building internal tools such as CRM, client dashboards, and document automation
• Developing AI-powered risk assessment and pricing tools
• Creating a telematics data platform for fleet insurance clients
• Architecting the entire tech stack from scratch

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI or Django, Next.js or React, PostgreSQL, Docker
• Ability to choose and justify the tech stack
• Willingness to work without a guaranteed salary initially
• Desire to own the technical direction and build from scratch

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex for AI tooling
