Description

Develop cutting-edge reinforcement learning models for DoorDash's grocery and retail business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ML solutions using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

• Develop production machine learning solutions for reinforcement learning problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape a product roadmap driven by machine learning.
• Explore and harness diverse data sources to improve shopping and dashing experiences.
• Innovate and experiment with cutting-edge technologies in AI and ML.

Requirements

• Industry experience developing and shipping machine learning models.
• Deep expertise in applied reinforcement learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/RL frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Must be located near one of the engineering hubs: San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Los Angeles, Seattle, or New York.

Nice to Have

• M.S. or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Familiarity with causal inference and experimentation techniques.
