Description

As a Product Engineer at Alchemy, you'll be the technical touchpoint for developers building in Web3, providing support and influencing product development. Engage with the community and help shape the future of our platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship code while working directly with customers to diagnose system-level issues across APIs, infrastructure, and on-chain workflows
• Translate real user pain into insights that shape what we build next
• Partner across Product and Engineering by surfacing product gaps, tracking adoption, and influencing the roadmap through data and intuition
• Drive developer activation by designing better onboarding flows, examples, and integrations
• Represent the developer perspective in product and engineering discussions, advocating for usability, reliability, and scale

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in developer, customer engineering, or technical support roles
• Technical background - Computer Science degree, bootcamp, or self-taught with real-world projects
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Solidity)
• Comfortable debugging API requests, dev environments, and blockchain-related tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - especially in online community settings
• Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience working in crypto / Web3, or built a relevant side project
• Founder experience
