Fabric is looking for a UX Designer to enhance their AI-led interview platform. Conduct UX audits and redesign user flows to create intuitive interfaces.

Experience Level

Responsibilities

• Conduct UX audits and identify usability friction points
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Own the end-to-end design process
• Create and maintain a consistent design system
• Iterate based on feedback and user data
• Design for multiple personas across devices

Requirements

• User Research
• Problem Framing & UX Strategy
• Figma
• Wireframing and UI mockups
• User flow design
• Responsive design
• 1-4 years of experience in designing for complex, data-rich SaaS products

Nice to Have

• Motion design for microinteractions
• Framer
• Lottie
• AI or real-time video platforms
• Experience in the hiring domain
• Experience in B2B tools or productivity software companies
