Responsibilities

• Design and build a robust marketing platform
• Build high volume services reliable at scale
• Develop big data solutions using open source frameworks
• Collaborate with Product and Project Leads
• Joint production ownership with on-call participation
• Improve service reliability, latency, and observability
• Improve model quality and reduce false positives
• Speed up model testing loops
• Release model and service changes faster
• Improve data/pipeline freshness and delivery velocity
• Build robust offline/online evaluation workflows
• Work in production codepaths to ship model improvements
• Share on-call responsibility for production ML services

Requirements

• 5+ years building ML models in production
• Strong applied ML fundamentals
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience balancing model quality and speed-to-production
• Strong experience with ownership and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in ad tech, growth analytics, or performance marketing
• Proficiency with real-time data pipelines
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and model monitoring
• Experience with Kedro, AutoGluon, PyTorch, Polars, BigQuery/GCP, and Airflow/SQLMesh
