Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives
• Translate complex trading workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Lead discovery through user research and usability testing
• Design data-dense dashboards and performance interfaces
• Partner with Product Managers to define feature requirements
• Collaborate with Engineering for pixel-perfect execution
• Establish and evolve Tradeify's product design system
• Improve trader onboarding and lifecycle experience
• Influence product roadmap through user-centered insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Experience in fintech, trading, or SaaS
• Proven experience designing complex applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and design systems
• Deep understanding of UX and interaction design
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Strong communication skills
• Ownership mindset and high attention to detail

• Experience designing trading platforms or financial tools
