Superteam is hiring a high-agency generalist to support global operations and systems in the Solana ecosystem. The role involves maintaining current systems, identifying improvements, and automating processes for efficiency and scalability.

Experience Level

Proven experience in an operational role, ideally with some exposure to Chief of Staff responsibilities or similar high-ownership positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new market leads.
• Provide support to regional leads.
• Review Luma events and manage the Superteam calendar.
• Analyze regional stats and share reports with the global team.
• Handle various ad-hoc and recurring operational tasks.
• Conduct QA for the product team (internal and external tools).
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and implement efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with different teams for effective cross-functional project execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operational role, ideally with some exposure to Chief of Staff responsibilities or similar high-ownership positions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements and bottlenecks.
• A 'get things done' attitude, comfortable with both strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and using AI.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with diverse global teams.
